IB K-8 World Schools International Baccalaureate Program

IB Logo

The International Baccalaureate® aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.

To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.

These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.

IB Magnet Coordinator Message

Welcome to the start of the new 2020-2021 school year. As a school community, we continue to use one voice by holding high expectations for our students. We are committed to providing our pupils with a world-class education that will allow them to compete in a globalized world.

By giving students opportunities to develop the IB Learner Profile attributes, students are developing skills needed to become lifelong learners.

Our teachers and students continue to approach teaching and learning through authentic, relevant and real-world experiences. We provide opportunities to develop student’s personal, social, emotional and intellectual skills through differentiation and accommodation strategies that are tailored to student’s strongest modality.

I look forward to a communal 2020-2021 school year.

Educationally,

J. Foster
